In order to help teams collaborate more efficiently, the 302.AI platform has launched a new team management feature. Through this feature, the main account can flexibly create multiple sub accounts and configure exclusive functional permissions and limit restrictions for each sub account, achieving refined management and permission control, and comprehensively improving team collaboration efficiency and system security.

Create 302. AI Sub-Account
1、After logging into the main account of 302.AI platform, go to the User Center>Team Management, click the Create Sub-Account button, and add team members.
2、Fill in the Sub-Account information and Notes, select the quantity to be created, configure the sub account's functional permissions and limit, and click the Create button.
Note: Up to 200 Sub-Accounts can be created at a time
3、After successful creation, check the sub accounts in the Sub-Account List below. Click the copy button to copy the Sub-Account's Account and Initial Password and send them to team members for use.
Note: Sub-Accounts are virtual accounts generated by the system, in the format of xxxx@sub.302ai ;The Initial password is also randomly generated by the system.
Function and Permission Description
Configure functional permissions for sub accounts, only display enabled functions, and hide inactive functions.
1、Identity Permissions
- Regular User：No team management permission, switch 8 functional modules on and off as needed.
- Administrator：Having team management permissions, all functions are enabled by default and cannot be turned off.
Note: Some modules (Developer, Wallet, Team Management) have synchronized functions with the main account and shared data
Kind reminder: Administrator privileges are high, please be cautious when opening!
2、Functional Permission
- Online Application：After opening, you can access the application supermarket and collect AI applications such as chat and painting
- API：After activation, you can access the API supermarket and gather the latest and most comprehensive AI resources
- Agent Management：Once enabled, it can quickly generate exclusive agents
- MCP Server：After activation, it can quickly generate a dedicated MCP Server
- Custom Model：After activation, third-party models can be integrated into the 302.AI platform
- Custom APIs：Once enabled, third-party APIs can be integrated into the 302 AI platform
- Developer: Synchronize functions with the main account and share data. Support calling developer functions, such as Pay with 302 payment service, etc.【Cautiously open】
- Wallet: Synchronize with the main account and share data. Support account recharge and withdrawal.【Cautiously open】
- Team management: Synchronize functions with the main account and share data. You can create sub accounts, configure permissions and quotas as needed, and view consumption details in real-time.【Cautiously open】
Change password
The sub account password can be changed in the following two ways:
- Click "Edit" in the operation bar of the sub account list by the main account or administrator account to change the password;
Note: After modification, the new password will overwrite the initial password generated by the system, and the latest password can be viewed in the initial password - After logging in to the sub account, you can change your password by yourself in the User Center>User Settings.
Note: The main account or administrator account cannot see the modified password of the sub account, but password reset can be performed
View consumption details
1、The main account or administrator account can view the usage and consumption of each sub account in real time. Click the details button of the corresponding sub account to view the details.
2、In the data summary module, the Main Account can be filtered for Sub-Account types to view the consumption distribution of all sub accounts.
