There are 3 ways to share chat history:
- Image Sharing
- Text sharing (md or json format)
- Link sharing (others can open the link to continue chatting)
1. Click the share button on the chat interface
Enter the Chat-bot interface and click the button highlighted in the image below.
2. Set export format
You can set the export format for chat history. The available formats are text, image, and json (Markdown text, PNG image, JavaScript Object Notation).
3. Choose whether to Include Context
Including Context is automatically enabled, but you can choose to turn it off. When including Context is enabled, the exported chat history will include the prompt's automatic preset content. When disabled, only the user's dialogue content will be included.
4. Select chat history
Choose the chat history you want to export. You can use the search function to directly search for the desired chat history.
5. Choose export method
After selecting the chat history, click Preview to view the selected chat history (displayed in the chosen export format: text, image, or json).
6. Copyable and Downloadable
Clicking "Copy chat history" will copy it to the clipboard in the previously selected export format (text or image). Clicking "Download" will download the chat history to your local device in the previously selected export format (text, image, or json).
7. Generate share link
Clicking "Share link" will generate a link that other users can access to continue chatting based on the original history. Note: If the administrator has disabled the sharing feature, the share link button will not be visible here.
