Chat History Cloud Synchronization

1. Click "Edit" in the operation bar

Select the Chat-bot for which you want to set up cloud synchronization of chat histories, and click "Edit".

2. Click Advanced Settings

3. Turn on Enable cloud synchronization for chat history

Select to turn on [Enable cloud synchronization for chat history] and click submit. This is enabled by default but can be turned off.

4. Click Upload to generate a password

Open the chat page of the robot, find [Upload chat history to the cloud] in the settings, and click upload to send chat records to the cloud. The first time you click "Upload", a unique, non-repeating 4-digit synchronization password will be automatically generated. This sync password cannot be modified. Note: Chat-bots on different domains will not synchronize chat histories even if they have the same sync password.

5. Copy the password

After the sync password is generated, click on the password to automatically copy it.

6. Enter the password and click Download

When you need to download chats that have been uploaded to the cloud, enter the sync password in "Download Chat Histories from Cloud" and click download to load the chat histories corresponding to that sync password.

7. Click to download history

Clicking the history button will display the user's three most recently uploaded chat histories, which can be downloaded.

After a user has uploaded or downloaded chat histories and obtained a sync password, a sync button will appear in the chat interface. Each upload or download requires manually clicking the sync button; automatic synchronization is not currently supported.

Note: To ensure user privacy and security, administrators cannot view users' records without knowing the sync password.
