Knowledge Base-bot Creation

1. Create a Knowledge Base

Click on [Knowledge Base-bot], then click [Create Knowledge Base].

2. Enter Knowledge Base Name and Description

Based on your requirements, choose the KB Type and enter the [Knowledge Base Name] and [Knowledge Base Description]. Click to create your exclusive knowledge base.

Differences between KB Type:

  • Traditional RAG: By creating a knowledge base, processing and retrieving data, it combines information retrieval mechanisms with AI models, which is an innovative method.

  • GraphRAG: Compared to traditional RAG, it uses AI for graph-based processing at the initial stage of data input and processing. It creates new data based on the original data using AI, improving the accuracy and efficiency of information retrieval.

3. Import Documents/Links

Enter the edit knowledge base page, choose file or copy link to import.

4. Successful Import Prompt

Click to import files/links, the page will display a prompt that the import success.

5.Model Selection

There are multiple models available for Knowledge Base-bots. Before creating a Knowledge Base-bot, you need to select a model first. Here, you can choose the model you want to try according to your needs.

6. One-Click Creation of Knowledge Base-bot

After creating the knowledge base, select the newly created knowledge base and model, click [Create Knowledge Base-bot], other settings can be left as default and modified later.

7. Enter Chat Interface and Issue Chat Commands

After adding the robot, you will automatically be redirected to the chat interface where you can issue commands to the robot.
